Position Overview:
Fleet Management & Office Services is seeking a Program Services Analyst to lead the development and implementation of client feedback surveys. The primary goal is to measure internal client satisfaction and gather actionable insights to enhance service delivery across four key business units: Fleet Management, Employee Safety Office, Fleet Safety Office, and Office Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop surveys using platforms such as Opinio and Microsoft Forms to collect feedback from internal clients.
- Align survey design with business objectives by working closely with unit managers to ensure relevance and usefulness of the data collected.
- Measure overall satisfaction and satisfaction with specific elements of service delivery.
- Identify trends or shifts in satisfaction over time.
- Analyze client responses to determine opportunities for improvement and areas requiring attention.
- Create clear documentation and step-by-step instructions for maintaining, updating, and distributing the surveys for future use.
- Work closely with managers throughout the development process to ensure surveys meet operational needs and performance expectations.
- Engage Directors and Executive Directors later in the program to present findings and propose strategic improvements based on client feedback.
Must Have Qualifications:
- University degree in IT, Business, or other related field.
- 4+ years of experience in an IT-related role involving the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of digital tools or applications to support business operations
- Experience developing surveys or soliciting feedback from stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective survey questions
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to create clear instructions and documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with managers and stakeholders at various levels
