What You'll Be Doing:
As a Business Development Representative at Cliniconex, you'll play a vital role in identifying and generating new business opportunities for our healthcare communication solutions. Your work will contribute directly to our mission of improving patient care, and you'll have the opportunity to connect with healthcare providers across North America.
This is an opportunity to break into the healthcare space, gain valuable experience and industry knowledge, and have clear opportunities to advance in a fast-growing organization.
Your Core Goals and Responsibilities:
- Make contact with new potential clients through various prospecting channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Understand the communication challenges faced by healthcare providers and position Cliniconex solutions effectively.
- Become an expert on Cliniconexs business and solution stack.
- Stay informed about broader industry trends and competitor activities through market research and analysis.
- Diligently maintain records of all interactions and activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ask questions and be curious.
- Be the face and voice of Cliniconex when interacting with customers, and share learnings back with the team.

- Has a proven track record of success in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Is coachable, a team-player, and eager to learn and grow.
- Is tenacious, and self-motivated.
- Is generally tech savvy and curious.
- Is competitive and likes to win.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, and Microsoft or Google Productivity Tools
- Experience in Healthcare (either through work or education)
