We are an agricultural manufacturer specializing in the production of TMR mixers, spreaders and dump boxes. With over 25 years in business, weve proven to be a leader in the development and production of innovative and robust agricultural farm equipment.

We have two production facilities in Ontario located in Glencoe and Thamesville. Our products are manufactured in our Glencoe facility and then transported to Thamesville for final assembly and shipping.

The Opportunity

We are looking for aMaintenance Technicianto join our Maintenance team inGlencoe, ON. The successful candidate will perform a variety of mechanical functions all aimed at maintaining and improving the efficient operations of our production facility. The core responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Strong Troubleshooting capabilities in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to make the right call to resolve an issue in a timely manner.
• Complete day-to-day preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Document equipment conditions and deficiencies.
• Provide recommendations for enhancement and repairs.
• Assist in the planning, design, and installation of updated infrastructure.
• Maintain a stock of key items for each piece of equipment
• Support on-site contractors as required for PMs or project activity.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Has 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Millwright (433A) Red Seal certificate is considered an asset.
• Is mechanically inclined and is comfortable performing repairs in a production environment.
• Is an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and familiar with laser, plasma and milling centers.
• Has PLC knowledge for troubleshooting automated machine operation and software.
• Knowledge of Fiix software considered an asset
