As they grow their Canadian team, our client is seeking a Principal Engagement Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation projects and strategic programs that make a tangible impact on people's lives. In this senior leadership role, you'll oversee a portfolio of client engagements—guiding teams, shaping delivery strategy, and building trusted relationships at the highest levels. You'll be a key contributor to business growth and delivery excellence, working closely with internal leaders and external stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with long-term client success.
This is a hybrid position based out of Halifax, NS.

- Drive commercial outcomes. Own forecasting, profitability, and delivery metrics across your portfolio. Manage commercial risk and ensure project success.
- Strengthen governance. Champion best practices, delivery frameworks, and quality standards to reduce risk, ensure compliance, and foster consistency.
- Coach and mentor teams. Support and develop Delivery Managers and team leads. Provide clear direction, regular feedback, and pathways for growth.
- Innovate and improve. Inspire teams to rethink how digital services are built and delivered. Encourage experimentation and continuous delivery improvement.
What You Bring:
- Leadership in delivery. You've successfully led large, multi-stream projects and programs using Agile methodologies. You understand the complexity of digital delivery and know how to keep work on track.
- Strategic thinking. You take a big-picture view of client needs, team capacity, and future growth. You're pragmatic, forward-looking, and able to pivot when needed.
- Commercial acumen. You understand the full delivery lifecycle, including financial management, contracts, and commercial performance.
- Client partnership. You've built strong, lasting relationships with executives and stakeholders, navigating complex environments with clarity and confidence.
- Team leadership. You're a people-first leader who creates space for others to grow, builds high-performing teams, and fosters a culture of ownership and inclusion.
- Governance mindset. You understand the importance of delivery assurance, risk management, and security—especially in public sector and regulated environments.
