The Chase Restaurant Group is a passionate team dedicated to hospitality, exceptional food, and creating memorable experiences. Known for The Chase, our renowned fine dining restaurant on the fifth floor of the historic Dineen Building, we are excited to introduce a new casual dining concept on the ground floor, opening in Spring 2025. This new space will offer a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere where both regulars and new guests can enjoy outstanding service and quality dining.

ROLE SUMMARY

As a Concierge, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility is to create a warm and welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth operation of the front of house. From managing reservations to addressing guest inquiries, you will provide a seamless, memorable experience for every guest. A deep understanding of our offerings, attention to detail, and proactive communication will be key to your success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guest Experience: Provide exceptional hospitality, ensuring guests feel valued and welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Pre-service Preparation: Conduct a walk-through of the restaurant to ensure readiness for service and a pristine environment.
  • Reservations & Walk-ins: Manage reservations with strategic precision, accommodating both pre-booked guests and walk-ins as efficiently as possible.
  • Guest Communication: Answer incoming calls, assist with reservations, and provide detailed information on the menu, specials, and general restaurant offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to foster a positive and smooth working environment, ensuring all guest needs are met and exceeded.
  • Hospitality Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the restaurants offerings, including food, drinks, and special promotions, to address guest inquiries confidently and accurately.
  • Support: Assist in other front-of-house duties as needed, always keeping the guest experience at the forefront.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Proficiency with reservation systems and managing guest inquiries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and stay organized.
  • Proactive approach to guest needs and service excellence.
  • Team player, able to work well under pressure and in a collaborative environment.
  • Flexible to work full-time hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
