Gateway is seeking a dynamic, outgoing and energetic Server who loves to create buzz and excitement, as well as provide an outstanding and personalized guest experience. As a Server, you will manage the needs of guests with a smile, bring stellar listening skills and create a warm, comfortable experience guests will remember.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains and demonstrates expert knowledge of products, events and promotions.

• Takes orders, expedites and serves beverages and some food, accurately within time guidelines.

What You Bring

• One year or more experience in a similar high-volume environment.

• Cash handling experience using POS system or cashier register.

• Serving It Right

• World Host / Super Host certificate or other similar customer service programs an asset.

• Ability to carry up to 30 pounds, specifically a fully loaded serving tray.

• Knowledge of specialty food and beverage items.
