We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Cloud Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our cloud computing infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for cloud computing infrastructure issues, including troubleshooting, incident management, and resolution.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of cloud-based systems and services, ensuring smooth integration with existing IT infrastructure.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to optimize system efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior IT professionals to analyze and resolve complex technical problems related to cloud-based applications and services.
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Document support activities, including technical issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records.
- Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and trends, and proactively propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and security of cloud-based systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and deployment of new cloud-based projects.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of platforms, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.) and virtualization technologies is required.
- Bachelor's degree or internships in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Must have strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, principles, and architectures, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Must be Familiar with cloud service providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their respective offerings.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) will be an asset.
