We are hiring for a full-time, temporary Production Supervisor at our facility in Windsor!

- $23/hr
- Full time + occasional overtime
- Shifts include days, afternoons, and nights on a 2 week rotation (occasional weekends)
- 10 week placement
- Provide supervision and support to production staff during assigned shift.
- Act as a key liaison between quality management and the plant floor.
- Approve production using First Off Procedure and ensure proper job setup documentation is in place.
- Monitor real-time scrap and quality issues; escalate concerns following standard procedures.
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent (Post-secondary education an asset).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
- Strong understanding of molding defect identification and terminology.
- Training in Due Diligence, Poka-Yoke techniques, and workplace safety preferred.
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification.
- Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) Certification – both Phase 1 and 2.
