About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist specializing in pediatric populations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with children and adolescents with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and behavioural issues. Experience in the Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) industry in Ontario is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
Provide psychological assessments and treatment for children and adolescents
Conduct specialized assessments including psycho-educational assessments, gifted assessments, and assessments to access motor vehicle accident funding
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for trauma and related conditions
Prepare comprehensive psychological reports and treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, social workers, and occupational therapists
Participate in case conferences and provide clinical consultation
Required Qualifications
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
Registration in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
Experience working in the MVA industry in Ontario is an asset
Experience with multiple therapeutic modalities
Exceptional communication and report writing skills
Ability to clearly communicate complex information to children, families, and other professionals
