Responsibilities will include:
Drafting documents and correspondence;
Detailed proof-reading of various documents;
Helping firm lawyers prepare for meetings;
Preparing reporting letters and accounts to clients;
Communicating with clients electronically and in person and arranging appointments;
Managing client files;
Other duties as required.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills required:
Minimum 2 years experience in wills and estates law is required;
Good work ethic;
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with respect to proof-reading;
Personable, reliable and discrete when working with clients;
Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
