Our client is a province-wide mental health service provider with clinics based in St. Catharines, Kitchener, and Oakville. Our experienced interdisciplinary team of Registered Social Workers, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Dietitians, Nurse Practitioners, Physiotherapists, and Case Managers specialize in traumatic injury and mental health. We are known for our expertise in supporting individuals with complex needs by utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide diagnosis(es) where applicable
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
· Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
· Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
· Participate in case consultations and clinical meetings
· Contribute to practice development and quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
· Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
· Current registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
· Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
· Strong expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches
· Excellence in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience working in the Motor Vehicle Accident sector is an asset
