The Software Engineer 3 lives and leads with the 360 values as they coach team members in the design, creation, and implementation of mission critical platforms and capabilities for some of the worlds top brands. The Software Engineer 3 uses our values as an anchor as they track and measure goals, formulate short-term plans, and report on progress for the team.

What you will be doing:

• Solve challenging problems with code and provide production support.
• Use refactoring techniques, test automation, and participate in code reviews.
• Engage in agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Participate in design and architectural discussions, contributing to software architecture and ongoing code improvements.
• Promote and use RESTful APIs, and understand existing designs to make necessary adjustments.
• Advocate Agile practices, enhancing team performance through reviews, documentation, guidance, and mentoring.
• Take responsibility for personal development, setting time aside each sprint for learning.

What you'll bring to this role:

• React, Ruby on Rails, Python, AWS Lambdas, MySQL/Postgres Databases and SQL
• Git and GitHub
• Understanding of SOLID principles
• Familiarity with secure development practices including OWASP Top 10
