Junior HR Assistant
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding: contratcs preparation, time clock enrollment, new hire package completion.
- Time and attendance tracking and approval.
- Healh and Safety training setup and tracking.
- Journal entries in data management system.
- Maintain employee HR records.
- ADP WFN entries
- Employee license renewal tracking.
- Filing and mailing all HR documents.
- Assist in HR projects, AODA, Training, policy updates.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Positive and collaborative team member with strong communication (both verbal and written) required.
- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office. Some experience working in ADP WFN.
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive inforamation. Organized and accountable.
- Full-Time Position - The position requires working in the office five days a week.
