The Opportunity

As they continue to grow their Canadian team, they are looking for an experienced Senior Client Partner to lead some of their most strategic client relationships. In this role, you will own the account strategy, drive growth, and oversee the successful delivery of digital solutions that solve complex business challenges and deliver real value. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, bringing together the right teams, ideas, and approaches to shape long-term, trusted partnerships.

This is a hybrid position based out of Toronto, ON.

In this role, you will make an impact by setting the direction for key client accounts, delivering high-value outcomes, and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple engagements. You will lead with purpose by aligning priorities with regional and sector strategies, empowering cross-functional teams, and fostering collaborative, forward-thinking partnerships. You will also drive commercial performance through end-to-end account ownership, from growth planning to risk and financial management.

How you will make an impact:

  • Own and grow key accounts. Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business objectives, building credibility and delivering measurable results.
  • Build trusted client relationships. Act as a senior advisor to your clients, understanding their industries, challenges, and ambitions to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Lead business development. Oversee pre-sales activity, bids, and contract negotiations to secure new opportunities and hit revenue targets.
  • Ensure delivery success. Manage the performance, risk, and quality of delivery across your accounts – maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Develop others. Mentor and support the people on your teams, fostering growth, enabling succession, and reinforcing a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.

What You Bring:

  • Strategic leadership. You've led major client relationships and successfully delivered large-scale digital or transformation programs. You're resilient, adaptable, and always looking for innovative ways to deliver better outcomes.
  • Commercial acumen. You bring strong experience in business development, forecasting, and financial planning, with a track record of growing accounts strategically and sustainably.
  • Relationship management. You build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, representing your teams with confidence and acting as a credible advisor.
  • Team leadership. You're an inclusive leader who empowers others, leads with transparency, and helps teams do their best work through trust, feedback, and opportunity.

  • A virtual interview with the Account Leadership Team. You'll talk through key projects and responsibilities, and hear more about the team and strategic direction.
  • A technical panel interview. You'll be given a scenario in advance and asked to present your approach, showing how you think through challenges, manage complexity, and lead with impact.
