Canadas fastest growing full-service Performance Marketing Agency, located in Torontos historic Distillery District, is looking to fill a full time Outbound Sales Representative role.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative with expertise in cold outreach to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through cold outreach and proactive engagement using HubSpot, LinkedIn, email, and other content marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication, and is passionate about driving sales growth. Your goal will be to identify, engage, and convert potential leads into qualified sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential prospects using LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Build and maintain an organized pipeline of leads for outreach and follow-up.

Cold Outreach:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, HubSpot, email campaigns, and other tools.
  • Initiate and maintain outbound communication to build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn messaging, and personalized email outreach to introduce products/services and schedule meetings.
  • Craft compelling messages and content tailored to the needs and pain points of prospects.

Pipeline Management:

  • Utilize HubSpot for tracking and managing sales pipelines, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor lead activity and follow up promptly to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.

Content Marketing & Engagement:

  • Create and contribute to content such as personalized email templates, LinkedIn posts, or short articles that align with outreach campaigns.
  • Share and tailor relevant content (e.g., case studies, blogs, white papers) to prospects.
  • Actively engage with potential clients content on LinkedIn to increase visibility and establish rapport.
  • Use a content-driven approach to nurture leads and educate them about our solutions.

Performance Metrics:

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets, including outreach volume, meetings booked, and revenue goals.
  • Analyze outreach performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and media teams to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to the team regarding messaging, market trends, and prospect needs.

Qualifications

Education:

Post Secondary Education

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and how they support sales efforts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or other lead generation platforms is a plus.
