Position: Commercial Account Manager - Insurance
Location: Canada, , Toronto
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 / Annual
Status: Full Time
Category: Insurance and FinancialRESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual will report to Office Manager.
Provide customer service for commercial accounts.
Respond to questions from Jr. team members.
Issuance and renewal of insurance documents.
Report and monitor client claims Respond to telephone inquiries.
Preparation of Renewal binders and Presentations
Ensure high level of service is maintained.
Remarket when necessary Discuss with Producer 60-90 days in advance of expiry dates on accounts
Strong oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Outlook and Word
Understanding of company underwriting, guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years RIBO licensed.
Commercial Account experience is mandatory for this role.
Minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry.
