In the Crew Leader role, you must be eager to excel and grow in a fast-paced, high volume, and team-oriented atmosphere. You will work directly with the guidance of the General manager and be responsible for smooth operations when a manager is not on duty.

• Hours: Full time (27-40+ hours)

Responsibilities of a Crew Leader:

• To wow our customers with exceptional food, perfect orders, an upbeat attitude, creating a memorable experience.
• To motivate the team and ensure all food, and service expectations are met by the crew members
• To pay attention the details to ensure a smooth running shift

The ideal crew leader candidate:

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have previous hospitality and/or food service experience.
• Experienced with food prep and is an independent worker
• Must have previous experience in a leadership role with Team-leading skills
• Energetic, resilient, with a positive mindset
• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment
• Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities
• Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality
• Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
