We're currently hiring motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our summer painting crew. As a Painter, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality work on a variety of residential painting projects, gaining valuable experience while working outdoors in a supportive, student-led environment.
Key Responsibilities:Complete Interior, Exterior, and Deck Painting Projects
Learn how to properly prep, paint, and finish different surfaces, including wood, aluminum, vinyl, and drywall. You'll gain full knowledge of industry-standard painting techniques and job site procedures.Travel to Various Job Sites
Our projects take place throughout Bowmanville, Newcastle, and Courtice, so painters must be comfortable commuting between different homes and neighbourhoods. Team transportation may be available depending on the day.Work Safely at Heights
Many of our jobs involve multi-story homes, so painters will frequently be required to use ladders and other equipment. You'll be trained in ladder safety and will be expected to follow all safety protocols on site.Maintain Job Site Quality & Cleanliness
You'll be expected to help keep each worksite clean, organized, and professional—leaving a great impression with every client.Collaborate with a Positive, Hardworking Team
Teamwork is essential! You'll be working alongside fellow students and team leaders to complete projects efficiently, with an emphasis on communication and mutual support.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work full-time during the summer season (May–August)
Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors in various weather
