We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and expanding on new opportunities, as well as growing existing accounts at an enterprise level. Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate ISAs value proposition in relation to security services, technological expertise, and capabilities.
- Demonstrate a robust network of relationships with large enterprise clients.
- Take responsibility for coordinating every aspect of the sales cycle within your sales territory or list of accounts to achieve gross profit targets.
- Develop strategic account plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute these plans effectively.
- Provide accurate forecasts of revenue and gross profit generated by sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Establish and maintain relationships with ISAs technology partners and their sales teams to generate a pipeline of qualified opportunities for potential collaboration.
- Identify and understand prospects' and clients' core cybersecurity concerns and correlate them to ISAs solutions that mitigate identified cyber risks.
- Manage relationships and expectations within accounts, particularly with clients utilizing managed or hosted services.
Qualifications:
- 10 years in Account Management.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, preferably with experience selling cybersecurity services
- Experience selling within the Financial and Insurance sectors
- Ability to convey ISA Cybersecurity's value and delivery experience.
- Proven record of meeting financial targets.
- Strong relationships with service delivery teams for client satisfaction.
- Manage key partner relationships to support clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM and client contact records.
- Innovative thinker passionate about solving cyber business problems.
- Record of closing deals over $1M and identifying cross/upselling opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present ISA Services compellingly and negotiate effectively.
- Established network within accounts.
- Skilled in building business proposals.
- Familiarity with Business Central, HubSpot, LinkedIn, or other CRMs.
