Graphic Designer – 1-800-GOT-JUNK?
We're looking for a creative and customer-first Graphic Designer to join our growing Brand team! In this role, you'll develop exceptional creative assets that address business needs with a strong digital focus. You'll bring our campaigns to life visually across digital and print touchpoints throughout the customer journey—everything from web to out-of-home—and ensure everything aligns with our goals and brand standards.

???? HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
When we say It's All About People, we mean it. We've created a hybrid work model that helps us get together to Collaborate, Celebrate, and Connect while enjoying the flexibility of working where it makes sense for you. Vancouver-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
???? A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Campaign Execution: Produce cutting-edge marketing assets for brand and campaign initiatives based on creative briefs and strategic direction.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand and Creative teams, participating in brainstorms, preparing mood boards, and presenting clear rationale for your design choices.
- Production & Requests: Complete design tickets for Franchise Partners and corporate team members via Asana, ensuring timely delivery within service level agreements.
- Digital & Print Design: Use Adobe Creative Suite to create assets across a range of formats, including emails, PPC/display, web pages, flyers, direct mail, OOH, and more.
- Brand Compliance: Maintain brand integrity across all assets and flag any compliance issues to the Manager, Graphic Design.
- Asset Management: Help organize and maintain a structured, up-to-date library of marketing and brand assets.
- Template Creation: Build reusable design templates to streamline production for frequently used formats.
- Feedback Integration: Apply feedback effectively from stakeholders to refine and improve creative output.
- Process Improvement: Look for ways to streamline workflow, enhance creative delivery, and evolve how we do things.
???? WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- 3–5 years of graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Asana is an asset.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility and strategic design thinking.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
???? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 per annum, based on experience, education, and internal parity.
