You will

Prepare and process monthly A/P.

Assist with the preparation of construction loan draw requests.

File paid invoices and other project documentation.

Prepare bank deposits and deposit vouchers.

Property tax identification and distribution

Ad-hoc analysis, quick pays and other special projects.

You are

Eager to welcome challenges and enjoy a variety of tasks.

Known for your attention to detail.

Friendly. Even in the middle of completing three tasks with tight deadlines and get interrupted.

A self-starter with a strong work ethic who cant wait to apply all youve learned.

You have

3 years experience in a similar role.

Proven your ability to work within a multiple entity and fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.

Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Yardi.

Exceptional accuracy, communication and people skills.

Real Estate industry experience (preferred).
