Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer and other equipment safely and effectively.

• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

• Perform yard cleanup and organize materials for recycling efficiently.

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

• Identify and sort recyclable materials like metal and wood.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Experience/Qualifications

• Strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

• Proficient in operating skid steer and other heavy equipment.

• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changes.

• Ability to identify and sort recyclable materials efficiently.

• Effective communication skills with team members and supervisors.

• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly.
