Job Posting – Automotive & Tire Service Advisor

What You'll Do:

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and technicians. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service & Communication: Greet customers, understand their automotive needs, and explain services clearly and professionally.

  • Repair Order Management: Create accurate work orders, provide estimates, and ensure customers are informed throughout the service process.

  • Sales & Upselling: Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines.

  • Coordination & Scheduling: Schedule appointments, coordinate workflow with technicians, and manage timelines effectively.

  • Product & Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with tire and automotive service trends, products, and warranty programs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.

  • Knowledge of automotive systems and services.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency with point-of-sale and shop management software.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Fantastic Attitude.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position; typically, Monday to Friday.

  • Primarily front counter and desk work with some time spent in shop areas.

  • May require light lifting (tires, displays) and exposure to automotive noise and equipment.

  • Must wear appropriate attire and PPE in the service area.
