Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales targets, align on strategic priorities, and drive overarching company goals.
- Analyze sales metrics to gauge performance, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Lead sales enablement initiatives to equip the sales team with the resources and tools necessary for success.
- Foster a data-driven culture across the sales organization, emphasizing continuous improvement and accountability.
- Engage directly with major clients to understand their needs and tailor sales strategies to foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop training and development programs aimed at enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales management, or related roles within high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that result in significant revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on empowering sales teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and clients.
