Who you are and what you will do

As a Business Development Associate at samdesk, you'll be on the front lines of our growth - responsible for building pipeline through a mix of traditional outbound tactics and targeted, account-based strategies. Youll work closely with sales and marketing to identify high-value prospects, deliver personalized outreach, and turn interest into opportunity.

  • Outbound prospecting: Generate and engage leads through cold calls, video outreach, targeted emails, and social selling.
  • Account-based outreach: Help develop and execute ABM strategies, crafting personalized campaigns and touchpoints tailored to priority accounts.
  • Sales enablement support: Conduct deep research on target accounts and contacts to inform messaging and outreach strategies.
  • CRM management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Meeting coordination: Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives.
  • Travel: The ability to travel to the US (some international) on a frequent basis.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver detailed reports on leads, opportunities, and outcomes.

We're looking for someone with

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales Development role within enterprise software as a service (SaaS)
  • Proficiency in various sales techniques, including cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software as a service (SaaS) and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage with senior-level executives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Reports to: Director of Sales

Compensation:$65-70k per annum in base ( $110-120k OTE)
