Compensation:

$85,000 - $175,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Research and gather information about potential homes and local communities to provide accurate answers to buyer inquiries
  • Efficiently schedule showings of properties with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers
  • Assist the lead agent by showcasing homes to buyer clients that align with their needs and budgets, leading to increased sales
  • Aid clients in determining optimal offer prices and guide them through the closing process for a smooth and fair transaction
  • Promptly respond to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Follow up with leads and engage in lead generation activities
  • Set appointments and execute consultations effectively
  • Close sales to achieve targets
Qualifications:
  • Must be willing to spend extended periods driving in your vehicle
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or the ability to quickly grasp new systems
  • Self-driven and capable of independently completing tasks
  • Highly motivated, with a strong desire for professional development
  • Possession of a valid real estate license
