We are looking for four highly skilled Workday Consultants specializing in the integration of the following modules:
Talent & Performance
Learning
Recruiting
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Workday implementation and optimization project. The ideal candidates will bring deep technical integration experience within these modules, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required to support cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations for Talent, Learning, and Recruiting modules.
Collaborate with internal HRIS teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand integration requirements.
Ensure Workday solutions meet business needs while adhering to best practices and security standards.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and support existing integrations and workflows.
Participate in data migration, validation, and end-to-end testing.
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Proven experience with Workday integrations, particularly within Talent & Performance, Learning, and Recruiting modules.
Strong understanding of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (WWS).
Prior experience working in bilingual environments (French & English) is required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team setting.
