Job Title: Workday Consultant – Integration Specialist (Talent, Learning, Recruiting)

We are looking for four highly skilled Workday Consultants specializing in the integration of the following modules:

1. Talent & Performance

2. Learning

3. Recruiting

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Workday implementation and optimization project. The ideal candidates will bring deep technical integration experience within these modules, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required to support cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations for Talent, Learning, and Recruiting modules.

• Collaborate with internal HRIS teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand integration requirements.

• Ensure Workday solutions meet business needs while adhering to best practices and security standards.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support existing integrations and workflows.

• Participate in data migration, validation, and end-to-end testing.

• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

• Proven experience with Workday integrations, particularly within Talent & Performance, Learning, and Recruiting modules.

• Strong understanding of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (WWS).

• Prior experience working in bilingual environments (French & English) is required.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team setting.
