What Youll Do

As a Research Consultant, youll help design, execute, analyze research for a wide range of brands, categories and industries which directly inform both strategic and creative direction.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Support robust research programs Contribute to multi-method studies that include qualitative (e.g. focus groups, in-depth interviews) and quantitative (e.g. segmentation, usage and attitudes)
  • Bring fresh research expertise Uncover ways to strengthen the teams interviewing, analytical and visualization techniques.
  • Generate actionable insights Support fact-based conclusions; draw relevant insights from qualitative and quantitative data and translate them into impactful stories.
  • Design and refine research approach Help plan analysis frameworks, develop questionnaires and discussion guides, apply advanced analytics, and craft reports.
  • Collaborate for impact Work with other departments (including Strategy and Creative) to inform meaningful business recommendations, guide real-world outcomes, and bring new experiences to life.

Why Were Excited About You

Youre Knowledgeable & Curious/Hungry:

  • You have 3 -5 years of experience at a leading research firm or management consulting firm, with a substantial portion (around 80% or more) focused on primary research.
  • You have a bachelors degree in research, business, mathematics, statistics, sociology or psychology with strong academic performance.
  • You have a keen interest in consumer behavior and are intellectually curious about people and how things work.

Youve Got the Fundamental Skills:

  • You excel at analytical work
  • You are proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are comfortable with market research software (e.g. SPSS, Q, Survey Monkey, etc.)
  • You are a clear communicator who can distill complex ideas into compelling stories.
  • You maintain impeccable attention to detail, balancing thoroughness with an ability to see the bigger picture.

Youre Able To:

  • Synthesize large data sets (or multiple data sources) to surface insights.
  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Approach problems with a hypothesis-driven mindset, using data to validate or refine your thinking.
  • Show initiative and courage, trying new approaches that can spark bigger, better outcomes.
