As a Fleet Service Advisor, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service and maintenance activities and managing resources effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety. This is a full-time permanent position Monday-Friday, from 6:00am-2:30pm.
What you're responsible for:
- Ensuring resources are in place to perform the planned work (parts, labour, shop space etc.)
- Developing and communicating the weekly maintenance plan and creating work orders
- Ensuring open work orders meet required standard, and status is kept up to date
- Maintaining maintenance records with current Service and PM status
- Coordinating with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely servicing and repairs
- Prioritizing equipment service based on usage, condition, and criticality
To join our team:
- You have 2 years experience relating to fleet maintenance/service planning
- You have thorough knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- You have detailed working knowledge of planning and scheduling tools (MS Office Package, Excel, etc)
- You have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
