Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise to optimize and improve existing product production processes.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to comprehend and translate product requirements for upcoming product iterations.
• Define and document all functional specifications, interfaces, and performance benchmarks for new product.
• Work closely with contract manufacturers to ensure product designs are executed with attention to quality and precision.
• Lead the efforts to transition products from design to mass production, including the development and implementation of robust testing processes.
• Oversee the quality assurance processes during mass production to maintain and enhance product yield rates and ensure high standards are consistently met.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Design experience in high-speed and power supply circuits.
• Experience in production process or product validation.
• Experience in Python, C++.
• Familiar with electronics components and IC.
• Familiar with design tools, like Altium, Allegro.
• Communication skills to deal with factories in Asia.
• Experience in PC product is a plus.
