The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of the Corrugator.
What is a corrugator?A corrugator is a large machine that combines 3 or more sheets of paper to create a flat sheet of cardboard. The corrugator takes large rolls of paper, glues the paper together and delivers stacked, cut, and scored sheets of corrugated board to various converting machines that change the corrugated board into a box. This is a unique position that comes with challenges and endless learning opportunities. You will be maintaining the heartbeat of our operation.
Qualifications:· Red Seal, Licensed Industrial Electrician· Experience working in a manufacturing environment· Experience working with AC/DC drives, PLC and motor control circuits· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills· A mechanical background in the field of hydraulics, pneumatics and fabrication will be considered an asset
