Now Hiring: Quality Lead – Filtration DivisionLocation: Barrie, ON | Full Time | Mid-Senior Level$70k-$75k annual salary
We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Quality Lead to join our team and oversee quality operations in our Filtration Division. Reporting to the Director of Quality & Systems, you'll lead quality initiatives, manage lab functions, supervise technicians, and play a critical role in maintaining and improving our QMS and ISO 9001 compliance.
What You'll Do:

• Act as the Quality Manager for the filtration division, leading all quality assurance functions
• Supervise QA Technician(s) and oversee lab testing, calibration, and non-conformance reporting
• Collaborate with the Director of Quality & Systems and other Quality Managers across departments
• Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures, and the quality assurance manual
• Conduct internal audits, manage corrective actions, and report on quality KPIs
• Interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues and disposition of non-conforming material
• Provide guidance and leadership to the quality team as a hands-on Quality Manager

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in a Quality Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of QMS, ERP/MRP systems, and Microsoft Office
• Proven success in managing non-conformance, audits, and lab processes
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• University degree preferred (Industrial Engineering is a strong asset)
• Experience in manufacturing and working with lab/testing equipment
