Job Title: Flat Roofer (Residential & Commercial Roofing)

Job Type: Full-Time / Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain flat and commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen.
  
• Work with various roofing materials such as asphalt, gravel, and single-ply membranes.
  
• Perform waterproofing, insulation, and flashing installation.
  
• Operate power tools and roofing equipment safely and efficiently.
  
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing appropriate protective equipment and following working-at-height regulations.
  
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in flat or commercial roofing; roofer certificate preferred
  
• Knowledge of various roofing systems and installation techniques.
  
• Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions.
  
• Valid Working at Heights and Fall Protection certifications (or willingness to obtain).
  
• WHMIS and First Aid certification (preferred).
  
• Reliable transportation to get to job sites.
