We are seeking a Shop Foreman (Licensed) to join our client's maunufacturing team in the GTA, ON region.
Shift - Days
Pay - $90K to $95K

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of shop technicians and apprentices.

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair heavy-duty trucks and/or trailers in compliance with OEM standards.

• Assign work orders and ensure timely completion of service and repairs.

• Conduct quality control checks on completed jobs to ensure high standards.

• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies, and communicate reordering needs.

• Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, inspections, and labor hours.

• Liaise with service advisors and customers for job updates and estimates.

• Train, mentor, and support the development of apprentices and junior technicians.

Requirements:

• Valid 310T (Truck and Coach Technician) OR 310J (Trailer Mechanic) License is mandatory.

• Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a heavy-duty truck or trailer repair environment.
