Position Overview
We are currently looking for a Solution Architect to design and implement supply chain planning solutions for our clients using Kinaxis Rapid Response (Maestro). This position is remote but will involve business travel.
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) solutions, ensuring that clients achieve their desired business outcomes. You will act as the primary interface between clients and the technical team, guiding the end-to-end solution delivery and ensuring the adoption of best practices.
Your Contribution:
Serving as the primary interface with the clients, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve established goals including the success of the end-to-end solution delivery and the adoption of standard business practices.
Participate in requirements discovery/gathering sessions with clients to develop requirements specifications documentation.
Configuration knowledge of RapidResponse (Maestro) system to support business requirements and design/propose configuration options for various resources like workbooks, scorecards, metrics, etc.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Excellent understanding of supply chain planning functions.
Ability to interact with clients in different time zones and/or in different shifts.
Understand supply chain industry trends and benchmark customers against the same.
Work with partners and business development leads to articulate the value of Maestro and be able to discuss our implementation methodology/approach.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementation of different Kinaxis RapidResponse(Maestro) applications, such as Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Forecasting and Demand Planning, Supply Planning, inventory planning and optimization, Constraint Planning, and advanced algorithms.
Multiple cycles of leading development teams in complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production planning, materials management, and management consulting or business consulting roles.
Experience in engaging and negotiating with C-level stakeholders
Experience working with major ERPs.
Experience working with relational databases and JavaScript
A passion for working in customer-facing roles, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research or a related field with an excellent academic record.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience in planning software.
In-depth Knowledge of integrating planning systems, specifically RapidResponse(Maestro) , with ERP and legacy systems for inbound/outbound interfaces.
A passion for working in customer-facing roles, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Kinaxis RapidResponse(Maestro) Certifications.
