About The Company: You'll be working for a leading electrical distributor with headquarters in Brampton, Ontario. Quota Crushers Agency is partnering with them to find a skilled Sales Executive for Southern Ontario. This role splits responsibilities between inside and outside sales, focusing on the GTA with potential to cover Niagara Falls and Kitchener.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and actively pursue new business.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and conduct product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with engineers and purchasing managers to deliver solutions.
- Balance inside and outside sales, including occasional travel.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical sales experience in wire, cable, connectors, automation, and assemblies.
- Strong B2B sales background in electrical distribution.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., Rubicon) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $70,000 CAD, with flexibility based on experience.
- Lucrative commission structure focused on new customer acquisition.
- Monthly car and phone allowance of $600 CAD, plus a corporate card for customer entertainment.
- on targets performers will easily exceed $100,000 CAD annually with substantial commission potential.
