Job Description:

• Lead overall execution of a midrise residential project in Ottawa from preconstruction through closeout.

• Direct site operations, project management, and subcontractor coordination to ensure schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.

• Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact.

• Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with executive leadership.

• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, legal, and contractual obligations.

• Lead internal teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and coordinators.

• Approve major procurement and change orders.

• Mitigate project risks and resolve high-level issues proactively.

• Report to VP Construction or Executive Team.
