As a Customer Service Representative, you wont just be filling a position; youll be a key team member in ensuring our customer service is exceptional.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the customer experience from start to finish
• Handle retail customer payments/transactions in person
• Create scale tickets, and enter weights and prices into our internal operating system
• Handle all customer service-related requests via phone, email, in-person
  
• Capture, analyze, and report on competitive market pricing and service activity
• Analyze customer performance and produce reports
  
• Perform housekeeping to ensure work area cleanliness
• Perform a variety of opening and closing duties daily, including cash in/out
