Customer Service Manager
Who You Are:

- Detail-oriented and capable of reviewing the work of others with accuracy.

- Accountable and takes ownership of work and the team's work.
- Experience working with computers and data entry.
- Ideally you have an interest in instrumentation, reliability, and electrical component industry.
What Will You Do?
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee daily administrative operations related to calibration services.
- Have a passion for customer service and provide a top tier experience.
- Create and review invoices ensuring accuracy before sending.
- Perform data entry and maintain customer and equipment records.
- Coordinate and manage the receiving, recording, and shipping of calibration equipment.
- Ensure packaging and documentation are complete and error-free.
- Supervise and support the customer service advisors with ongoing tasks and special projects.
- Identify areas for process improvement and help implement solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of organization across all customer service functions.
