Join a growing manufacturing company in the Barrie, Ontario area as a Licensed Millwright. We are actively interviewing for an immediate full-time opportunity.
Our Offerings:
- Competitive hourly wage: $42.00 - $45.00, based on experience
- Rotating shifts (2-week rotation):
- Days: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Afternoons: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

- Troubleshoot, maintain, inspect, repair, and replace components on industrial equipment including bucket elevators, screw conveyors, pumps, fans, kilns, ball mills, and other rotating machinery.
- Interpret schematics, diagrams, technical manuals, and written instructions to diagnose issues and perform repairs.
- Conduct minor fabrication, welding, and rigging tasks, including sketching or creating drawings as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and calibration.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
- Certified Millwright with valid 433A License (Certificate of Qualification and Apprenticeship).
- Flexible availability to work rotating day and afternoon shifts (5 days per week on-site).
- Proven skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, analysis, communication, and interpersonal relations.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs frequently, work at heights, and navigate confined spaces.
- Comfortable using PPE (safety glasses, helmet, hearing protection, safety boots, respirators as required).
- Experience with rigging, fabrication, welding (ARC stick), hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, and some familiarity with control systems, PLCs, instrumentation, and electrical equipment.
- Previous experience in heavy industrial environments (cement or mining surface plants preferred).
