Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Barrie, ON
Duration: Permanent, Full-time
Shift: 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with five years of experience in plant equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and boiler systems, with welding proficiency.
Ability to perform various trade tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and metal fabrication.
Must have a valid driver's license, ability to work at heights, and lift heavy objects.
Overview:
Diagnose equipment issues, determine repair methods, and execute necessary repairs.
Install, assemble, and adjust mechanical components, ensuring proper function.
Inspect, lubricate, and maintain machinery while repairing or replacing defective parts.
