We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our local clients. The customer service representative is responsible for processing customer credits, day-to-day clerical duties and assisting in all customer related services. Successful candidates will be able to work collaboratively within a team to deliver desired customer experience and achieve business objectives in distribution environment!
Salary:

• +$35,000 per year with amazing incentive opportunity!!
• Long-Term Incentive Program – 25% the first year of approx. $750 per month = $9,000
• Total earning = $44,000 + benefits after 3 months for the first year
• The Long-Term Incentive Program increases to 50% after the first year – an additional $9,000 per year!

Shift Timing· Monday-Friday· Day shift, 8:00 am- 4:30 pm Job Duties:· Data entry of orders and inquiries, among general clerical duties including manufacturer bill-backs· Maintain a filing system and enter customer invoices received· Process credits for return goods, price adjustments, coupons and shipment / invoicing errors etc· Arrange pickups for merchandise and track missing shipments· Develop productive relationship with customers in order to help and anticipate their needs· Completion of assignments on time and meeting deadlines · Administrative Assistance to other staff members when needed· Work on other projects and duties as assigned · Answer incoming calls, faxes and emails as well as general office tasks
Requirements:· One year of experience in clerical Customer Service required· Proficient in MS Office – Excel and Word· Ability to work well with team and customers· Detailed Oriented, strong communication and collection skills· Est-ce que tu parles français?
