Management Trainee (Full-time, Internship, 4-month contract)
We are currently looking for a Management Trainee to join our Ottawa location for the Summer months. Indigo Park Canada is a dynamic and growing business in the parking industry. We believe in fostering talent and providing hands-on experience to the next generation of business leaders. As a Management Trainee, you will gain real-world exposure to the intricacies of business operations and management.
As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with our Operations Team to learn and contribute to essential business functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in day-to-day operations to understand workflow and efficiency.
- Analyzing operational data and generating reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborating with different departments to streamline processes.
- Supporting management in executing business strategies and initiatives.
- Attending meetings, taking notes, and contributing to project planning.
- Conducting research on industry trends and operational best practices.
- Handling administrative tasks to gain insight into business operations.
- Observing and supporting staff management, including scheduling and team coordination.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking motivated university students who are eager to develop leadership and operational skills. Ideal candidates should have:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program or recently graduated (Business, Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual in French and English preferred.

Successful candidates will be required to submit a Criminal Background Check and a clean Driver's Abstract. Must have Valid G class driving license.
