About the Role

As a Project Technician, youll play a key role in implementing and supporting projects involving Microsoft Cloud technologies, servers, and modern infrastructure solutions. Working alongside our team of certified professionals, you'll deploy, configure, and optimize cloud and on-premises environments. From Microsoft 365 migrations and Azure deployments to server upgrades and systems integration, your work will ensure the seamless execution of projects using cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical on-boarding of new clients to our organization

• Provide expert support for cloud migration, Azure deployment, SharePoint configuration, and Intune device management.

• Assist with deployment and administration of Azure Virtual Machines and Windows Server environments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards for communication and execution.

• Troubleshoot complex issues through proactive discovery and deep technical analysis.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle to keep all parties aligned.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, Intune, and Windows Server.

• Strong knowledge of Azure VMs and hybrid cloud environments.

• Familiarity with Power Apps and process automation.

• Experience using MSP tools such as ticketing systems, RMMs, and vendor portals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Problem-solving attitude with a passion for tackling technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, AZ-104, PL-100) are an asset.

• Prior experience in technical project implementation or support.
