Position Title: Office Administrator (NOC 13100)

Employer: ZH Professional Inc.

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Salary:CAD$35 per hour

Hours worked per week: 37.5hr

Overtime:to be paid in keeping with provincial employment standards

Vacancy:1 vacancy

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, finance, or a similar discipline

Language Requirements: English

Additional Languages: Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory, as we are an accounting and auditing firm with many clients that speak Mandarin and we also have two offices in China. Bilingual employees (English and Mandarin) help ensure smooth communication with our China offices and clients.

Terms of Employment:Permanent/full time

Start date: ASAP

Employment Conditions: In-office position. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

JOB DUTIES:

  • Manage office operations, schedules, and supplies.
  • Maintain records, client accounts, and compliance with procedures.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, training sessions and company cooperation events.
  • Handle vendor relations, invoices, and office budgets.
  • Provide executive assistance for manager and partner level.
  • Support executives with calendar management, travel, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and staff.
  • Assist with executive projects and initiatives.
