Since 2013, ACL Pool Installation & Landscaping has been a trusted provider of pool installation and landscaping services throughout Toronto, the GTA, and Southern Ontario. We specialize in designing, building, and installing vinyl, fiberglass, and concrete pools, as well as landscaping, interlocking, retaining wall installations, and pond installations. Our goal is to transform outdoor spaces into stunning, functional environments.

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead and manage our landscape construction crew. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high-quality project execution. This position requires a strong leader with hands-on experience in landscape installation, hardscaping, and heavy equipment operation.

✔ Oversee, coordinate, and schedule daily activities for the landscape construction crew
✔ Plan and allocate labour, equipment, and material deliveries to keep projects on track
✔ Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety on job sites and ensure proper equipment usage
✔ Lead the installation of landscape construction projects, including site preparation, hardscapes, and softscapes
✔ Keep accurate records, including timesheets, order receipts, crew evaluations, and safety reports

✔ Valid Driver's License
✔ At least 5 years of experience in landscape construction or a similar role
✔ Strong knowledge of hardscape and softscape installation
✔ Experience with excavators, skid steers, laser levels, and track loaders
✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans
✔ Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
