What You'll Do:

As a key member of the leadership team, the Business Controller will oversee core operational functions, including:

• Leadership: Guide a team of three professionals while collaborating closely with executive leadership.

What You Bring:

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
• Strong experience in accounting, financial controls, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with insurance, bonding, and Canadian construction practices.
• Experience within consulting engineering or industrial construction environments is a plus.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients, staff, and vendors.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
