What Were Looking For
We are looking to add a Workfront Practice Lead to our growing team at Northern!
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic implementation, adoption, and optimization of Adobe Workfront across the organization and for our clients. You will oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, from scoping and design through to execution, training, and ongoing support. As a key leader in growing our Workfront practice, you will shape delivery frameworks, define best practices, and work cross-functionally to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions. You will be the primary subject matter expert, guiding both internal teams and clients in configuring workflows, providing training, and aligning Workfront with business needs. Additionally, you will manage client relationships, lead project delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement in our Workfront offerings.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead the strategic implementation, adoption, and optimization of Adobe Workfront for internal teams and clients across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Oversee the growth and scaling of the Workfront practice, shaping delivery frameworks, defining best practices, and ensuring consistent, high-quality implementations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into effective Workfront solutions that drive business value.
- Configure and design Workfront platforms, including custom workflows, reporting structures, and integrations with other systems.
- Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and configuration of Workfront to support client needs and business objectives.
- Provide end-user training and testing support to ensure successful platform adoption and use.
- Support project management and account management teams by escalating risks and issues to the appropriate managers.
- Plan and oversee launch and cutover processes, ensuring smooth transitions from project execution to post-launch support.
- Collaborate with the VP of Content Supply Chain to develop estimating frameworks and determine labor needs for Workfront engagements.
- Hire, train, and manage Workfront configurators and consultants, delegating tasks based on client needs and team capabilities.
- Stay updated on product enhancements and ensure both internal teams and clients benefit from the latest features and best practices.
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience overseeing Workfront project delivery as a consultant or in-house Workfront administrator.
- 5+ years of experience in agency/consulting roles, managing client relationships and driving successful outcomes in a consulting environment.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing Operations, or a related discipline.
- Adobe Workfront Core/Expert Certifications preferred.
- Proven experience leading Workfront implementations with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing junior development and implementation teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Haves:
- Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe) to enhance project delivery flexibility and adaptability.
- Change management or process improvement certifications (e.g., Prosci, Lean Six Sigma) to drive organizational change and process optimization.
- Experience with Workfront Fusion or similar integration tools to streamline system connectivity and automation.
