NCS is seeking a Delivery Specialist. As a Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting automatic and tunnel car wash owners by ensuring their facilities operate at peak efficiency. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of chemicals and products while providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance.

What You'll Do…

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including fluid and safety checks, to ensure compliance with operational standards
• Deliver chemicals and products promptly and accurately to customers along assigned routes
• Follow the “Daily Duties Checklist” to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with chemical transitions, offering technical support to optimize product performance
• Communicate any delivery-related issues, concerns, or feedback to the appropriate teamsSupport warehouse operations as needed, including order fulfillment, loading/unloading, shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Comply with all applicable OHSA, ESA, and other provincial regulatory laws, as well as company safety policies
• Any other duties as assigned by the Delivery Area Manager or Senior Executive Teams.
• Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time

What You Need…

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of driving experience in a similar role
• 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment
• CDL Class C or B with HazMat endorsement - Class D preferred
• Clean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations within the past 5 years; no more than 2 preventable, at-fault accidents within the past 5 years
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and fellow employees
• Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed
