We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee financial processes, reporting, and analysis. This role will ensure financial accuracy, monitor spending trends, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, inventory management, and payment processes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Manage inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and consolidations for multiple legal entities.
- Assist with cash flow projections, cash management, and inter-company transfers.
- Ensure compliance with government reporting and tax filings.
- Perform bank and debt covenant calculations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Lead the finance team, providing guidance on performance management, scheduling, and staff development.
- Prepare financial reports and trend analyses to support business decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required).
- CPA designation (or working towards CPA) required.
- Public accounting experiecne (preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity and multi-currency environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible work hours based on business needs.
- Office-based role requiring regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
- Salary range of $80k-$90k (Depending on experience)
